An oil filter should be added periodically between the grinding process to prevent build-up of dirt in the machine. Some of the best manufacturers such as Honda and Bosch manufacture their own oil products specifically intended for CNC grinders. However, these oil products are quite expensive and do not come cheap. Hence, it is recommended that one buys these products from a reputed source so that the cost factor is reduced.
Another factor that needs to be kept in mind while using fully automatic CNC grinders is to avoid the chances of human error. The fully automatic machine should always be operated in a consistent manner. It should not have any such chances and if any such chances take place, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the manufacturer. This will help them to take corrective measures to minimize any damage to the machine and in addition to this, they can easily provide effective customer support.
